About conference
Poland is facing the challenges of energy transition and developing an economy based on low-carbon energy sources. One of the key elements of this process is hydrogen, which has great potential in decarbonizing industry and transportation. The International Hydrogen Scientific Conference: Green Transformation is an event aimed at scientists including students and doctoral students, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders to present the latest scientific developments in the field of hydrogen technology and discuss future directions. The conference aims not only to integrate the scientific and business community, but also to build the competence of participants in the presentation of research results, international cooperation and preparation of publications. The conference will be held at the Ignacy Lukasiewicz Rzeszow University of Technology from 14 – 16.04.2025 and its formula will include:
Plenary sessions: papers by scientists presenting current research on hydrogen technologies, their industrial and social applications.
Expert debates and panel discussions, which will discuss, among other things:
● Development of hydrogen technologies in the context of global climate challenges
● Opportunities for the use of hydrogen in the transportation sector
● Financing of innovative energy projects
● The role of energy policy in promoting hydrogen technologies
● Opportunities and challenges for industry in the context of the energy transition
● Impact of science and research

The event is free and open to all interested parties. The conference is interdisciplinary in nature.
