Guidelines for presenters
The duration of the oral presentation is 15 minutes. After the presentation, 3-5 minutes are provided for a short discussion. Please prepare the presentation in order to not exceed the assumed time. Each session will be moderated by a chair who will oversee the session schedule and supervise asked questions.
Session rooms will have a laptop with software tools (like PowerPoint), a data projector and a screen. Presentations in pptx. format should be send to ihsc@shva.pl named as name_surname_ihsc.pptx until the 1 st of April. We also recommend presenters bring a USB pen drive with a copy of their presentations.
The Scientific Committee will award the best oral presentation at the conference.
